The Hyperwind project has been invited by the Polish EU Presidency and the European Commission for at the Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan) conference in Warsaw on 28 - 29 November 2011. This high-level event gathers representatives of industry, the research and financing community and of national and European administrations who will discuss the financing and swift development of the key low-carbon energy technologies as identified in the SET-Plan. Hyperwind is the only wind project selected as an "Example of projects contributing to the SET-Plan implementation" and will be presented on 29 November at 14:00 to 14:20. Project mentioned already in opening panel debate
*** FLASH NEWS ***: Warsaw 28 November 2011. Already in the Opening Panel of the SET-Plan conference Monday morning, the HiPRwind project was highlighted. Panellist Francisco Larios from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation highlighted HiPRwind as an example of constructive joint financing of SET-Plan efforts by Member States and the European Commission. On Tuesday afternoon (29th) the project will be presented to this high level audience by the Coordinator, Jochen Bard.
